October 10, 2007 – Kate Corwin, founder and president of Green Works in Kansas City is an Honorable Mention recipient for a 2007 Bridging The Gap Environmental Excellence Award for Individuals. Kate was recognized for founding Green Works, as well as her environmental work on behalf of the city, MainCor and the Southmoreland neighborhood.
